Geospatial is at the core of the business, but there is also a big focus on engineering and architecture design. From designing airport and cruise terminals to data centers, creating digital twins of countries to precision monitoring, BIM to bathymetry; Woolpert brings unique capabilities to our clients and provides numerous opportunities to staff. This is the only PE backed firm that I am aware of that enables company ownership through the Principal program for employees at any stage in their career.
Cons
Bonus structure is tailored towards giving all employees an opportunity to receive a bonus based on their performance and the company's performance. Which is a good thing; but only when the bonus pool is large enough to support it.
