Not everyone shares the same beliefs on these matters and that should be respected. - Incessant work gossip partially driven from the very opaque and secretive management style. This could easily be reduced by being transparent about business and personnel decisions. - Unprofessional handling of employee firings and resignations. Be transparent when possible. Be silent otherwise. Cryptic emails and announcements only serve to perpetuate gossip and divisions. - Lack of business experience in management leads to some very poor decisions. - No advancement or career opportunities.
