Pros

Good people, good work/family balance,

Cons

Management does the bare minimum. Busy work and poor training. Blind to weak spots in the company, and implemented systems and solutions that were not well planned or thought out. People who abuse their systems and are dishonest can make more money, and managers don’t care.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for the many years you spent with Woodland Direct. We appreciate the perspective that comes from long-term experience and are glad to hear you valued the people you worked with and the work–life balance during your time here. We also take seriously the concerns you raised regarding training, systems implementation, and leadership effectiveness. As the company has grown, we’ve learned that stronger planning, clearer training, and better feedback loops are essential to supporting both performance and trust. Over time, we’ve been working to improve how systems are evaluated and rolled out, strengthen onboarding and ongoing training, and reinforce expectations around accountability and ethical behavior. We recognize that leadership quality and consistency play a critical role in employee experience, and we continue to invest in developing leaders who are better equipped to support their teams and address issues proactively. While we know there is always room to improve, feedback like this helps inform where continued focus is needed. We appreciate the time and contributions you made during your tenure and wish you continued success moving forward.
