Pros

Donuts and bagels. Sometimes lunch.

Cons

Most unprofessional place I've ever worked. Favoritism in the company. Not treated equally. Didn't always have enough to do.

Pros

I feel like I'm part of a family. Everyone gets a long great, and everyone appears to enjoy what they do. I certainly do.

Cons

Ventura Blvd is full of distractions and is difficult to cross when it's time to grab lunch.

Pros

They are desperate to hire people. They will coerce you by telling you whatever you want to hear so that you take the job. And they have coffee in the conference room. (Company is also known as Woodbridge Structured Funding,LLC, Woodbridge Settlement Investing,LLC, Woodbridge Realty of Colorado, Riverdale Funding,LLC and American Note Company. CURRENTLY IS UNABLE TO DO BUSINESS IN TEXAS.)

Cons

The company has no structure, with chaotic mixed directions and no clear priorities. 90% of new hires either quit or are fired within their first year. Upper management is emotionally unstable and will fire at the slightest mistake. They will underpay you and there is no opportunity for growth or a raise in salary. They degrade their salary employees by treating them like hourly, reporting in their attendance and time sheets. The workplace atmosphere is highly anxious, distrustful, secretive, and gossipy. In summary, the office feels like a childhood playground: full of temper tantrums and the rule that the loudest is the one that gets what they want.
