Wood Mackenzie - An unhappy place - Senior Research Analyst Wood Mackenzie Employee Review

The whole set up of the company is adversarial with very few people staying longer than 2 years. During my time, from my immediate team 3 people left. After I left another 3 left! Crazy turnover rate. Why? Because their is bullying and an awful work atmosphere. I was specifically told not to help younger/newer members as "they need to learn on their own". Goes completely against the ethos of a normal human. I thought I had it bad but others got bad mental health issues from working at WM. The all seem rpoud of paying below market rates because they want "people in it for more than the money". Odd thing to be proud of! S&P/IHS Markit is a much much better company
