Pros
Management genuinely cares for employee and their growth. There have been instances where company went out of its way to support employees for their well being. Focused intervention has been done around making the internal systems and processes robust. This has caused some degree of uncomfort to few employees. Company is committed with its team in India and has incorporated it's business here recently. New hiring has been done at management level in India to strengthen the team. CEO is always conscious and make sure to connect with employees. I see lately management is making lot of efforts to improve our experience at work. On business front, the company is building it's stronghold selectively around technology and improving deliverables. There are lot of cross learning opportunity in the projects which is closely coordinated by HR and development managers.
Cons
Like any start-up the beginning is full of ambiguity. I have been with the company since it's inception in India hence can see how things are progressing over last 4 years. The growth velocity could have been better. The leadership in India was naive and it has certainly affected couple of things during the years. There is too much of work load on employees and definitely require more developers on the floor.
