Lots of freedom and independence in the way I worked, easy going vibe, interesting work.

Wanderlust agreed on my rate which is based on a mix of daily rate plus a % on the project budget. All of that was fair I just wish the project budget was as high as I originally thought, instead it turned out being a lil lower.

Chill vibe, pleasent place no work.

No cons I can think of.
