Pros

It was pretty great when I first started I was so happy about being part of a new startup. Free lunch, free uniforms, great pay and benefits.

Cons

They expanded so fast and and have been laying people off since I think Sept 2022 and it's messed up. So many people with lots of skills and talents being let go. But those people one top made sure to protect themselves and their favorites. It turns out Wonder is like every corporate company. Get talent in, use them for their creativity and inspiration and work ethics and as soon as it's not convenient for the company fire those people because they ask the hard questions and rock the boat. Let's just say to become so disillusioned so quickly is bad and doesn't bode well for the business. Only time will tell.

Pros

-Possibly the most tech-enabled company in food -Great people to work with who are smart and down to earth -Fast-paced, high growth -Get to work on big challenges which provide career opportunities -Leadership is more accessible and transparent relative to most other companies

Cons

-Be ready to grind and be prepared for constant change -No corporate fluff of any kind, even the good kind of fluff (be prepared to DIY: on/offboard yourself, etc.) -Some carry the workload far more than others

Pros

- Very well thought-out performance and promotion cycle: Wonder may be a start-up, but they clearly invest a lot of time and effort into growing their employees, ensuring adequate actionable feedback, and allowing for growth during your time with the company. - Transparency: During my time at Wonder, I did not think much about this, but having moved on to a new company, I start to appreciate the level of transparency Wonder had. Despite its size and volume, the company made it an effort to keep employees updated every other week on key business updates across various verticals. - Flexibility: Hybrid in-office model at the time when I left earlier in 2026, they allowed 2 days wfh and 3 in-person days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. - Employee benefits: The company had a strong employee relations team and culture that's constantly bringing fun and exciting events to work.

Cons

- Core of the company's leadership came from the same ex-company, which inevitably brings over legacy culture, and this can somewhat make employees from those companies feel somewhat left out.
