*People: Wolt's working environment was simply hard to beat. Super committed people hustling every day to put the brand at the top of the industry while keeping friendly and warm manners towards colleagues. Everyone usually has their hearts on the right place. *Value proposition: The company is truly customer obsessed and offers a superior product to both merchants and users.
Cons
*It's simply not what it used to be anymore: New leadership team simply doesn't fit Wolt culture. Whereas Wolt used to be super horizontal, now it's becoming quite the opposite: Super top down management that avoids contact with employees outside the small table. The Wolt vibe and hunger is simply not there anymore.
