      Good medical benefits and employee stock plan benefits. Good on-site café and great on site fitness center.

      Cons

      Leadership is thin with no succession planning. Incentive compensation is very low. Cannot get past US-centric mentality. Starting to lose its ability to compete for talent locally as well as nationally.

      Lack of transparency from new executive management with direction of company, lots of uncertainty and instability overall. Constant cost cutting measures.
