      Pros

      Pay is good for the work done on the lines. Most people are friendly and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Nobody is trained correctly for the position they are in. And whenever this is brought up in conversation with management, it's looked over!! Sad for a good employer!

      nice people, decent benefits, work from home options

      Cons

      Lack of transparency from new executive management with direction of company, lots of uncertainty and instability overall. Constant cost cutting measures.
