Cons
Some jobs are good some are always getting the short end. If you work in management or outside the "fab" life is good. Expect random double mandatory OT. Work hours are manipulated to be 42 hrs per week when in reality its 48 and 36. If you work 7pm-7am shift and are young, you will be there forever. R&D and Maintenance will work holidays when production is down.
