Worst company outside of north korea - MOCVD Process Engineer Wolfspeed Employee Review

Too many things to list really. I saw an engineer berated mercilessly by a VP to the extent that his face was red and spit was flying out of his mouth. The reason for his state? He did not like the decorative choice of the image of a light bulb the engineer had used in his presentation. This company is notorious in the semiconductor industry for it's poor treatment of employees.
