Everyone here talks bad about everyone else behind their back. And the one that back stabs the most number of people, wins. The cherry on the cake is the CEO, who loves to listen to gossip and promotes anyone who will set up a one on one with him to talk bad about others. He is a true hypocrite who pushes people to take risk and not be afraid, and then goes all out on anyone who follows that path. The most successful people at this company are the ones that bow down to the CEO at all times, and praise him and finish up with talking about other people behind their back. That is the most valued characteristic in this company, and that person will be allowed to get away with anything.
