Pros
Depending on supervisor, working hours are quite flexible. Alot to learn and do alot if you are just starting out. Colleagues are friendly and helpful, some colleagues and supervisor are really capable.
Cons
Capable staffs are overworked to cover for the productivity of incapable staffs. There is a change in management, but benefits, welfare, salary are not getting better. Regardless of resource shortage, the management is always trying to bid for projects and in the end staffs have to work multiple roles and projects to complete it. After a certain level or experience, there is nothing much to learn or progress as the projects bidded are more or less the same. If you want to progress here, forget work life balance, you need to give more than 110% for management to see you. Doing only your job scope is not enough.
