Nepotism is ingrained in this company - Software Tester Wizard Software Solutions Employee Review

Pros

Suck every living brain cell out of you.

Cons

The company appears to prioritize hiring friends or relatives of the owner(s), which may limit opportunities for others. There seems to be a lack of work-life balance, making it challenging to maintain personal and professional commitments. The management style leans towards micro-managing, which can hinder autonomy and creativity in the workplace. Absence of an HR dept. Include Healthcare and other benefits amounts towards your salary compensation / reviews. Increments / raises are based on nepotism, skill to spin a tale, single / married status.

Pros

Employer covered dental and medical. SOME employees are a pleasure.

Cons

Family run organization, you won’t get far as an outsider. Not even the employees understand how their software works. Management is stubborn and OLD. They are stuck in their ways and expect you to conform to their beliefs. You will be consistently bullied and belittled by the top dogs and expected to keep your mouth shut unless you are male. Women are not respected at this company, although it is run by a woman. You are always expected to answer messages (with a sense of urgency) even on your off days and after work hours. You’re expected to fill multiple roles, otherwise you are not considered a team player. Bonuses are a joke as they are based on company performance; the company is not profitable. They have NO profits. Don’t waste your time. They lie to their employees and their customers regularly. Management loves to waste time exploring dead ends and arguing about who is right. If you’re interested in a career here, I STRONGLY recommend you keep looking.
