Pros

Top-notch equipment & stipends – High-quality laptops, office setup stipend, and monthly internet/mobile allowance. Cutting-edge technology – Working with state-of-the-art tech that sells itself. Strong brand – Great branding materials, and market presence. Generous salary, benefits & gifts – Perks like good pay, high-quality swag (including pajamas) and strong overall benefits.

Cons

Cultural & communication challenges – Differences between Israeli and U.S. teams create friction. Leadership gaps – Leadership could benefit from training and development to improve decision-making and team alignment. Lack of empowerment – Despite the fast pace, employees are not given the autonomy to make decisions. Misalignment & inefficiency – Poor team coordination leads to confusion, frustration, and unnecessary rework. Marketing overstepping into sales – Marketing makes too many decisions that impact sales strategy, creating misalignment. Layoffs & poor communication – Layoffs happen with little transparency, leading to uncertainty and low morale.

Pros

Sharp people, great manager and team, collaborative culture, creative marketing approach, encourages bold thinking

Cons

Some silos are starting to develop as the company scales, and process can be lacking at times, both pretty common at this stage of growth, but worth knowing going in.

Pros

Strong onboarding with lots of well-produced training and enablement available on demand. Corporate culture driven by colleagues who seem genuinely enthusiastic about being here, a product that is genuinely differentiated, and a market opportunity that is genuinely exciting. All in all, a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Hiring/People growth is slightly outpacing Process growth, but nothing that makes life too difficult. Lots of unknowns about life as a Google company.
