      Pros

      Best benefits I've had working for a corporation. They truly try to embrace their values: Transparency, being direct, ownership, etc. Makes for a great place to be yourself and ideate.

      Cons

      They have incredible developers. Yet, somehow they depend on a lot of 3rd party plug-ins to make things work - often internally. Change is fine, but pivoting regularly for temporary updates is exhausting.
