      Pros

      -Fellow colleagues are the best, most share common ideas and dreams -The office is fantastic, and the ops team really run the place smoothly -The hybrid working option is really great

      Cons

      -Near impossible to move internally -Management seem to only care about numbers, KPIs, and implementation -Constant fight for employee wellbeing -Pay is far below competition -No increase in pay when promoted, there are additional responsibilities and more stress - with so much extra work, and no gain from this -Management can act like robots, not caring for their team. Seems that they need their numbers met and this is all that matters -Micro Management daily

      Pros

      Wix is a massive company, built of many small companies and guilds where you can always find a place to grow and be yourself (your best self). The benefits are amazing, the coworkers are even better.

      Cons

      Sometimes the market changes faster or in a more unexpected way than anticipated and this happened, leaving Wix no choice but to lay off 20% of its workforce. That was my biggest con.

      Great benefits and culture in NYC office.

      Cons

      They are successful despite themselves. They do nothing the right way, but still make money.
