My experience with Within Health was extremely disheartening. I was hired and, within the same week, fired based purely on hearsay, without any opportunity to address concerns or receive constructive feedback. Despite onboarding me, sending me a company laptop the day before my termination, and giving no prior indication of an issue, they abruptly let me go, citing that I “made people uncomfortable” without providing specifics. As someone deeply committed to mental health advocacy and professional growth, I would have appreciated transparency, a fair evaluation, or even a chance to learn from whatever concerns arose. Instead, the process felt rushed, impersonal, and unprofessional. If you’re considering employment with Within Health, I’d advise proceeding with caution, as their approach to hiring and termination lacks clarity and accountability.
