The Clients are rewarding to work with though challenging at times. Many are in the program because it is their final chance to get better and be able to function before ending up in a residential treatment facility. They pull at your heart and Soul. They inspire you to give them everything you've got.
Cons
Management is cliquish, micro-managing, vindictive, and confused...yet hides this very well in the beginning. Watch the faces of the other Care Partners during fatiguing Zoom Meetings. You easily see the strain, drain, and pain in most of their tired faces. Compensation is insultingly low for all they expect, mandate, and DEMAND the Care Partners to do.
