Pros
WiseTech offers a breadth of opportunity to try out new scopes of work (even if you aren't a software engineeer) and job security. They encourage a semi-remote culture which is great and the people who work here are very friendly and open to help you.
Cons
Opportunities for advancement are limited due to budgeting pools for each department, and there is an in-office mandate requiring people to visit the office once every week to two weeks depending on your team. There's plenty of flexibility, just don't expect to be able to work fully remotely.
