Pros
Great people, a true sense of joint effort, and helping each other succeed. Real hybrid model and flexibility. I have great managers, the type I've hoped for for years, who I feel are rooting for me.
Cons
None I can think of. The interview process was a bit long but since joining I've been happy overall.
