The company is heavily dependent on interns, yet offers minimal training, mentorship, or structured learning opportunities. Projects are often unorganized, and deadlines are unrealistic, leading to a high-pressure environment. The company owner has little to no expertise in the IT sector, which results in poor decision-making and lack of technical direction. While the intern stipend is decent, career progression is almost nonexistent. Promises of salary increments after six months are rarely fulfilled. This internship may be useful for gaining basic experience, but I would not recommend it for those seeking meaningful career development.
