We have several employees who have worked with us for over 10 years and they were pleased with their deep exposure to some of the domains in which we have strong expertise. Our focus has always been on skill development - ensuring that training is provided according to the company's requirements and the employees' interests. Also, we had always held employee interests in mind and have been understanding of employees by providing WFH upon request, so that they can manage their personal issues as well and our leave policy allows employees to take leave even within the first 6 months of joining.
