Great team atmosphere with amazing leadership that trusts the employees 100%. We are empowered to make executive decisions when it comes to making something right, whether a fan got a beer spilled on them or a big client had a poor experience. Our leadership will always back us up and that makes the job very rewarding and enjoyable.
Cons
Poor communication between employees on large nights, especially when celebrities or professional athletes are in town. People tend to forget the plan and just fly by the seat of their pants and wait for someone else to pick up the mess.
