Cons
Ownership seems clueless in this industry. Unfair commission structure. Will cut hours if they "don't like you". Will reward said hours to undeserving new, untrained hires. Zero communication with store managers. Store managers have zero power to apply discounts to qualifying customers. Managers have no say on who gets hired in their store. Managers have no control over their store's schedule. Shady pay periods having staff work 60 hours a week and make only 4 hours of overtime. Hires untrained and inexperienced employees and expects them to fulfill store duties without any proper training leading to many escalated confrontations with customers.
