Great people, Family owned and operated. Extremely well-respected in their lines of business. VERY Knowledgeable folks doing excellent work for Colorado and Wyoming clients.

Marketplace for two-way radios is extremely challenging.

The company has some pros but the cons outweigh 10 fold. Ownership of this company has been trying to manage but can't seem to get ahold of their company. Good employees leave because they can see the larger picture. If you are wanting a solid future here it is only temporary.

Ownership will not listen to the management to make progressive changes but instead makes knee jerk reactions to small issues. Over promising and not delivering is one main issue this company has. Unless your on a service contract you will wait forever to get service. My speculation is if they don't address the small issues and fix them they will not be there for the long term.
