Working at Wiredrive after working for a lot of crappy companies has been a very good eye opener to what a good company culture should be. Always trying to have the most positive and respectful outlook on developing a strong and competitive brand.

There are growing pains as with any company, but that will just be something that fixes itself over time.There is nothing else I can really see as a con.

-Coworkers: If you work here, you're a rockstar. From what I've seen, Wiredrive hires only the best of the best. From dev to sales and marketing and everything in between, you can be sure the job will get done. And done well. -Management: Management here gives you the tools to succeed while allowing you the space to be creative. I've yet to see an instance of micromanaging, and the freedom has proven successful in the results I've seen -Exec Leadership: The 3 founders, our CEO, COO, and CIO are unlike any I've met before. They're (almost) constantly available for questions/concerns from any level employee. They foster an environment where personal growth and success is just as important as company success -Compensation: Yeah...not bad. Benefits are great as well

A lot of recent expansion (a great thing) has crowded the office a bit but a new location is already underway so...crisis averted.
