Pros

None to report unfortunately. "It is a company run by pimps, mind poachers and fraudsters.."

Cons

From what I experienced, it is a cheap type company where the recruitment team and leadership lacking professionalism, integrity, courage to stand by their own words and non-transparency. Recently this company reached out to me, interviewed, selected and offered a proposal which I even accepted. There were 6-8 rounds of interviews from various executives, regional heads and even up to the rank of client CIOs at odd times of the day. I was fine with all of those and kept my passion high for those 3-4 stressful months. The position as laid out in front of me was about working with a portfolio of senior leaders and I strongly fell for it being a very strategic role in nature. So, I took serious interest only to decline a couple of other attractive offers from Microsoft and a Big 4. I thought loud about the highly strategic value add that I can do multidimensionally through incubation of innovative approaches for major financial client in east coast and beyond. The value add were more in the areas of cloud, digital and operational transformation considering my past skills and expertise. At the end of it until my patience ran out with these crooks, it was a pure waste of time for 3-4 months scarifying bigger opportunities and getting ditched by this worthless company Wipro. If I get an opportunity, I can share falsified information, untrustworthy communication, promises in those hundreds of interactions with some top executives. Now at this point, I can only regret for my decision. It only subjected me to excessive mental stress, frustration and distress for my family when I was dealing with my wife's serious illness. Even with my personal conditions we as a family were all together and excited to make the move with some conditions of travel until I expected things to get stable personally for a relocation. However these people kept shifting me around taking advantage of my personal situation. All the executive recruitment team and even the global heads I dealt with just preached spineless talks and cheap type unprofessional junks who just cannot stand by their promises. What they care about is just cheaper resources, they can ditch anybody. They don’t give any respect for your time, effort, your professional capabilities, honesty and integrity. There is no consideration for the value a senior leader can bring to the organization or your personal conditions even within serious health issues I was dealing with (e.g. my wife’s serious life threatening blood/ platelet disorder}. Even within those tough times I tolerated to their false promises and lingering attitude until my passions ran out and I had to stop from my side for good. Please stay away from this hellish experience. Just be aware of the fake promises they make and lure you for a position. Sooner or later you may even get subjected to such situation after joining such an unprofessional organization. Wishing you all the best in your carer endeavors!

Pros

Good place for freshers and early‑career professionals to learn technologies, processes, and client interaction, with “huge opportunities for learning new things.”

Cons

Onboarding for freshers can be slow and confusing, with delays before real project allocation

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
