      Very good owners but they have no control mechanism. They are keeping their eyes closed.

      Cons

      Indian MD is a pathetic person. Comes office at 12 o clock and leaves at 4. Always drunk and looking for opportunities to spend nights with women colleagues.

      Flexible working, strong comradery between team mates, well paid job but forced weekends

      Cons

      Absolutely no progression opportunities, management do not listen to problems, the company seems to be scraping the barrel with work to stop the place going under
