One of the worst companies I ever worked for....... - Recruiter Winlight Recruitment Employee Review

the CEO has a very self inflated ego - and runs his business very poorly. they are the text book of why people hate being in recruitment. it is like a caricature of the recruitment industry. The CEO thinks he’s running Apple, what he doesn’t realise is it’s one of the worst run recruitment agencies on the London market, it has no ethics or morals, it absolutely works all its people to the bone with very little reward, and minimal recognition. The commission structure is probably one of the worst I’ve ever seen on the market and it absolutely does not incentivise any consultant in the business at all. This business only cares about benefiting itself, there is no training and development, there is no incentives, there is no decent commission structure. There is so much more that was done, not only was it morally wrong but ethically too, this business has not ethics at all. In my opinion this company is all about maximum exploitation and this should not be allowed to continue. Also the CEO is so worried about his reputation and brand reputation, first of all no one knows what or who his brand is it is pretty mediocre at best for their market, 2ndly anyone that does know them has nothing nice or positive to say about the brand, also with the CEO if you interact with this man once you will think he has a personality disorder, he so rude and condescending, in my opinion.
