      Pros

      Highly successful in building relationship with upper level decision makers, seizing control of critical problem areas and delivering on customer commitments. Life balance is normal. Perks are nominal only. Leadership is recognized well

      Cons

      The growth rate of company is increasing, but our effort is not recognized. Scope for improving other knowledge is very less. Absence of better prospects and future makes me discomfort.
