Pros
I have to say, they will hire Black & Brown employees...BUT for the warehouse or for customer service type positions. So if you are content with being at the warehouse - picking wines, packing boxes, or a customer service rep, then this company might work for you.
Cons
Take a good look at the "Team" on their website and that will tell you everything. Their senior-level executives are all White and mostly men. If you are Black or Brown - there's no chance of upward mobility. Sad but true.
