Location is convenient for a mine. Good pay for the location.
Cons
Budget Cuts, Staff Layoffs and wrongful dismissals are a normal routine. 2-3 management people decide the fate of everyone in the mine. Old, outdated and inconsistent standards. Not willing to update or improve. Ethical standards are diminished.
