Not much good to say

The job I was offered was 2 days a week as a service engineer and the other 3 to learn the service manger role and progress to that role full time, in my 2 months of employment I did not learn the service manger role for 1 second I was a full time engineer, no support from management (if you can ever get hold of them) were not actively trying to hire engineers and I was kept completely out the loop with the hiring process so had no idea what was going on just very poor communication throughout the whole company and one of my life’s biggest regrets
