Pros
Employee discounts up to 40% & can stack on clearance items. Get to dress up cute. Learned a lot about color paletts and textures.
Cons
Inconsistent industry means inconsistent schedule. Can't return items purchased. Hours aren't incredible, but I think it's like that in every retail job. Specific dress code, a little too strict, must be "up to standards" or "presentable" because it is a dress store.
