Pros

Windsor is an awesome company to work for when it comes to the store discount because it allows 40% off of employee sales. It also allows you to pick up extra hours and shifts because of the lack of leadership to maintain appropriate staffing.

Cons

The lack of overhead leadership if horrible, they do not train staffers as they should to maintain and run a successful business. The turn over is higher than a restaurant. Those that are loyal to the company are not shown same.
