Pros
Incredible team full of smart and competent people. Can trust your coworkers to work hard even when they're working from home Fully covered health insurance Supportive environment Great management team (VP's and C-Level execs)
Cons
Some roles have lower pay than other companies. That can be a trade off sometimes for culture.
Pros
When I first met the founding team I just had a good gut feeling about their values. I took a risk and left a stable job with a very large corporation, and decided to switch gears completely and take a role with Windsor Circle. I have been so blown away at the environment that Windsor Circle has created. This is truly a special team. There is trust on every level and an openness that I have not professionally experienced before. There is no such thing as office politics. There is no “politically correct” ways to communicate an idea, there are no cliques, there are no elephants in the room. It is truly an open culture of positivity. There have been times where things have been overwhelming or not quite efficient but everytime you attack obstacles there is someone asking to help and offering a positive outlook. I am continually surprised and amazed at this group of people. The leadership team are champions of the company values, team work being at the core. The leadership up through the CEO has shown time and time again how they are not afraid to push the envelope, allow mistakes and lead by example on things that they believe in. It is refreshing and inspiring. I could not be happier with my choice to take a risk and try a new career. This team is something else.
Cons
If you like structure, quiet, and a standard set of expectations, this may not be the place for you. This is a collaborative group but with large growth comes fast change and you have to be willing to be flexible and adaptable.
