Pros

Supervisor comes once a month Choose schedule every 2 weeks, choose days off/ start times Working in multiple stores No supervisor reviews no quota for stops

Cons

Must wear ballistics vest Being spit on by shoplifters/ threatened on a daily basis. Dealing with the homeless. The perception your supposed to stop everything Local Police support in not existent/ PD rarely shows up in my area. Easier to get fired for a mistake. Profit sharing doesn't really mean anything until year 5 of employment and the money you do earn will only be paid out 5 years after separation from company. Ignored by upper management/department is an after thought two reach the top out level takes about 2 years Raises only come every 1000 hours worked Director of LP has never physically been a LP Agent but makes policy without understanding the job on a day-to-day basis. Physically fighting over groceries as low as $1 dollar toothbrush Reporting system is out of date. Hard to maintain quality employees Training of new hires falls on LP agents at the store new hire is assigned without compensation.

Pros

There is no pros to working here.

Cons

They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
