      Great Hours first and foremost. Also, if you looking for a job that gives awesome benefits and great packages for yourself and your family then that is a great start. Also, its Employee Owned.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break
