Pros
-Great benefits- but make sure you get your papers in on time! Miss the deadline, and you could be locked out from their benefits for up to a year before you can apply to get them! -Great coworkers -Friendly atmosphere -Professional environment -Bosses tend to be patient and willing to work with you
Cons
-Employees are often overworked- a lot of times, there is simply not enough time to get everything done that is asked from you and you can get in trouble for it. I've heard this across the board, not just in my department. -Customers can get away with anything (Including touching employees' lower backs, sampling food despite the signs posted everywhere) and you can get in trouble for doing and not doing anything about it (Asking customers to not touch your back, telling people not to sample too firmly and "hurting their feelings") -Customers are super messy -Often get signed up for things that you don't want to do -There's no guarantee to hours. It can make budgeting very difficult. Your hours can get cut at any time and you can't do anything about it.
