I don't really have any cons that are isolated to Wilson HTM. It's a tough industry atm

I worked before the merger. Pros are the people you work with and the interesting work. Wilson HTM is a well known name and respected.

High staff turn-over Company does not value employees who worked there for many years Culture can be a bit toxic
