Pros
Management can get be regimental. It would be a good idea if you spoke Spanish. They have a special finance department that deals with challenged credit clients. It gets difficult working with those clients but it can be rewarding
Cons
Long hours and no basic salary. A lot of sales people and you constantly have to check for your bonuses
