      Good company to learn and great for experience in ITI and renovation projects. Lots of work. Most of the office staff is good to work with.

      Cons

      Less than average pay in lower mainland. Bit of Nepotism and double standards by the senior management

      Great staff, modern office, good benefits within six months. 2 weeks holiday pay. Yearly reviews for raises. Good relationship standing with employees . Fun Christmas parties

      Quick turnovers, small company . But really no cons .
