Cons
- Documentation is lacking for some companies
- There are some industry standard processes that need updating (intentionally vague)
- OnCall rotation
- The building is next to a hospital so there's a loud helicopter flying by every few hours
- Office temperature can't be controlled by the company so sometimes it can be hotter than you'd like, but a fan is enough to negate that
- My onboarding was a bit rough, but I believe that was due to COVID19 mostly
- Technicians have to take phone calls while working on other tickets
- Building is ugly on the outside, but really nice inside - could use a facelift
- Culture is still being grown so there are some growing pains
