Everything is outsourced - IT, HR, Payroll etc. To get an answer to anything there is always a ticket system but not all departments use the same ticket system so issues take longer to resolve.
Lack of investment in technology, if you are in a career of any IT field, do not get your hopes up in upgrades.
As a client type company, if they lose a client say goodbye to your job as well. Big lack of job security.
Benefits are very generic and nothing to brag about.
In total do not care for employees, have no care on how to retain staff.
