Pros
Wonderful people and culture for a work environment...for the most part, people were friendly and helpful and willing to collaborate in the best interest of the company.
Cons
In my opinion, the office politics appeared short sided at times. While, as I stated above, the majority of my coworkers were easy to work with, the "sour apples" (if you will) were just that and while they may be productive employees, they only brought the team/organization down as far as morale and cohesiveness is concerned.
