Cant think of any - generally an excellent place to work

• You are an individual in the company and not a number. This is not your usual humdrum corporate business. You are valued for your own experiences and views as these can contribute towards the growth of the business. • The WildHearts motto is “Business for Good” and they mean it. The CEO and Directors take a different approach to how they manage their staff compared to other companies. They understand that being approachable and easy to communicate with goes a long way to the welfare of their staff. • If you are willing to put in the work, you will be rewarded for it! The WildHearts staff are some of the hardest working and dedicated people I have had the pleasure of working with. I feel this is because of a culture that we are “in it together” and we share our victories because when one of us wins, we all win. So, we fly in formation to help each other reach our goals. • They invest in their staff. The Senior Staff members want to know your aspirations and will do what they can to help you achieve your goals. This could be, learning a new skill, gaining new experiences or becoming more confident in your abilities. • A familial atmosphere. The team are an amazing group of people and because of this and the long-standing relationships that develop due to a low turnover in staff, when someone leaves the team to move to the next stage of their lives it is with a heavy heart that we see them go and their presence if often missed.

• Parking: due to the location in the office commuting in via car is difficult as there is no free parking at the office. • Not your usual office experience: This is not a Con for me personally but can understand this may be the case for others with a more corporate background, who are perhaps used to working a certain way or flying under the radar.
