Where to start: - No presales vision. Presales work as software consultants and do support, training and from time to time demonstrate a product. It's more like firefighters to cover others incompetence - No product vision. Or maybe there is one, but when the roadmap is basically your next sprint for 3 months it's hard to believe. - Poor products quality. Frequent hot fix releases because dev decided all the sudden to change a parameter for instance, and the tool breaks everywhere after an upgrade. - Support is your neglect child. Support agents are unsupervised and do what they want. They don't know/want to answer half of the tickets, and their knowledge of the tools is limited technically and functionally. -Marketing team is everywhere but nowhere, most of the posts are clickbait with buzz words that they don't understand. It's kind of funny how easily they can scrap articles you help them with, and deliver a technical gibberish full of mistakes and non sense that is not shareable with customers or prospects. - Social washing. Your values mean nothing. There are no innovations as you based your tools on other ones using existing technologies. And you're not even capable to reuse a few good features between products. You don't care that much about your customers, otherwise you'll have a strong support. There is no team spirit, most of the teams work in silo. Caring environment is a lie, you know that an employee is bullying others and you let that happen.
